Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it becomes available, so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or to APO/FPO military addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status in real time.

Delayed or Missing Packages
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lautaroprete.3800@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

Customs and Import
All orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes for our customers, as our product values fall below the U.S. de minimis threshold.
